Your data is stored and processed in 'Office 365' and 'E-boekhouden'.

Rights Regarding Your Data

You have the right to request access to your personal data from Pianohandel J. van Gerven en Zn. VOF. Upon receiving your request, you will receive an overview of your personal data within 1 month.

If any inaccuracies are found, you can request that your data be corrected, supplemented, deleted, or shielded.

You can also request the transfer of your personal data or object to the processing of your personal data due to special personal circumstances, or you can request the immediate deletion of all your data. The latter will be done immediately, but always with the exception of personal data that must be retained for legal or fiscal reasons.
